Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at thegreatwellness.com and the products and services of The Greats' ("The Greats'", "we", "us"). By using the site, joining a waitlist, subscribing to The Alignment Letter, or becoming a member, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Who we are & eligibility

The Greats' is a self-mastery and wellness platform offering a publication (Notes and The Alignment Letter), the KAI practice, memberships, Intensives, research and, in future, physical studios. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service or join any waitlist, membership or Intensive.

2. The service & availability

Features described as "in formation", "by application", "waitlist" or "opening soon" are not yet generally available and may change, be delayed, or not launch. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Waitlists, subscriptions & communications

When you join a waitlist or subscribe, you provide an email address and may provide a name, nearest city and areas of interest. You consent to receive the communications you request. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

4. Memberships, subscriptions, billing & refunds

Prices. Memberships are offered at the prices displayed in US dollars: KAI Digital at $99/month (or $990/year) and The Greats' Circle at $244/month (or $2,440/year). Intensives are priced individually and offered by application. Prices are exclusive of any applicable sales or other taxes, which will be added where required.

Payment processing. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms and authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your chosen payment method. We do not store your full card details.

Recurring billing & auto-renewal. Paid memberships are subscriptions that automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price, until cancelled. You authorise recurring charges to your payment method for each renewal period.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing hello@thegreatwellness.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then and will not be charged again after cancellation.

Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods; cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period. As a goodwill matter, annual memberships may be refunded within 14 days of the initial purchase where the service has not been substantially used — contact us to request this. Intensives are subject to the specific booking and cancellation terms provided at the time of application.

Failed payments & price changes. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend or cancel access until payment succeeds. We may change prices or plan features; we will give reasonable advance notice before a change affects your renewal, and continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

5. Not medical, psychological or professional advice

The content, practices, tools and any coaching offered by The Greats' are provided for general wellbeing, educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, diagnosis or treatment, and are not a substitute for professional care. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with any questions about your health or wellbeing. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact your local emergency services.

6. Intellectual property

The Greats' name, the mark, the site design, the Notes and all related content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. You may share links to our pages.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by using it unlawfully; infringing the rights of others; attempting to disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service; or impersonating any person or entity.

8. Your submissions

If you send us messages, reflections or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it to operate and improve the service. Any use of personal reflections for research is only ever anonymised, aggregated and with your consent, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party links & services

The service may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Greats' will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred US dollars ($100).

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold The Greats' harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for breach of these Terms or where required by law.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, United States, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
